Also current Banking  obligations, loans, any finance, leases or Hire Purchase agreements.

You need to confirm the current position with the Courts or creditors and if any official notices have been presented to the company.

We need to see your asset list, and any other contractual obligations that you as a company have.

We need to be made aware if you have any 'PG' Personal Guarantees being held by the Bank or finance houses.

We need sight of the Lease relating to the Rent, and Rates due or owed.

We need to be assured by you that no criminal intent of insolvency exists or you set out intending to harm creditors.
